I’ve looked at this navigation almost on the daily bases for a long time but have always taken it for granted. Today I will give it the respect it deserves.
It is simple, it is clean and it is functional. It is so perfect that people just use it without even thinking about it. That is what a navigation bar should be. There when you need it and otherwise out of the way.

Very simple and clean design. I like the large lines in the background. A bit of a shadow effect on the main page area. Web-two-point-owie. I like it.

You129.com has a few nice elements that I wanted to note, the logo and the navigation tabs. I like the logo for the clean smooth lines, it just flows. Nice, quiet, white to beige gradient, a little drop shadow. Looks really good.
The navigation tabs are also very clean simple. You can see that the tabs that are not in use are darker, therefore making them look like they are behind the active tab.
Blue and beige color combination seems to work very well, makes the site feel warm.

This header and navigation definitely deserve an award of some kind. The shades of gray with a small splash of color. Well balanced design. I like the lighting effects and the 3D look. The navigation icons look great in gray scale and then if you mouse over the buttons they become color. Very clean and simple. Great job!

This website I found belongs to BlueBolt Solutions. What caught my eye first was the logo, it is clean and simple. Black and Blue looks good and then an icon of gray and blue adds a bit more to the dish. I love the reflective effect, just gives the header depth.
Once I was done drooling on the logo I noticed the navigation bar. That faint blue glow at the top brings the navigation forward and makes you notice it.
And the overall layout and design is excellent, clean lines, lots of white space - room to breathe. Shades of blue continue throughout the page. Nice use of shading using gradients.

After mentioning crest designs the other day in a post, I started looking around to find more good examples of crest logos. It’s rare to find really good ones. However, I have one that I’d like to share with you. K. Bennion Arts has a wonderful crest logo. To put it simply…it’s great! It has a very classical style to it, yet it’s also very modern in a clean, crisp, simplistic way. I’m hideous when it comes to translating Latin, so I’ll have to email Karl to find out what ‘via mina utore’ means. I’ll update this when I find out.
Anyhow, it’s an excellent crest logo. His entire site is nicely designed. Great content and layout. Very professional.

So go for exams like 640-863 exam and Microsoft 70-293 exam to excel in you field.
