Well balanced colors, the bear is a nice touch.

You’ll need to see this header live, on their website. It’s pretty cool. Nice Web-Two-Point-Oey way to use a wood border.
Again, like in another post I did, rips and tears ane not always bad, check this design out. Tears and scraps give this site style.

So fresh and so clean. Love the gradient background and the glossy banner. Check out the logo.

I like this header, looks like an overlay of photograph strips. It’s clean and neat.

This header and navigation definitely deserve an award of some kind. The shades of gray with a small splash of color. Well balanced design. I like the lighting effects and the 3D look. The navigation icons look great in gray scale and then if you mouse over the buttons they become color. Very clean and simple. Great job!

Gianmarco submitted this site to be reviewed by us this morning. I get many of these submissions but only a few are good enough to feature here. I look for excellent design, a lot of sites that are submitted lack that hook, that little extra that makes the website stand out from the crowd.
This one is awesome, I actually already featured it in another article I did on Squidoo, 32 Website Header Designs For Inspiration and here it is again on WDI. I really like the brick and cement background, obviously I like the header, the logo, I like the navigation - the font style used works well with the design. I like the graffiti and paint splats. Just good design in general.
Thank you Gianmarco for submitting your website.

Okay, maybe I’m simple minded (be nice now), but I like the navigation on the Newhall Ranch site. The ‘little hiker dude’ is entertaining. I really enjoyed watching him almost fall off the side of the navigation header. Anyhow, it’s a feature that I haven’t seen on any other site yet and because of its uniqueness, I thought it deserved to be mentioned. What’s your opinion of it? Do you like it or not??
As I’ve stated in the past, I enjoy sites who incorporate non-traditional, yet functional navigation. This site has blended an interesting navigation style into a cool, eye-catching header. I’m not really sure what this site’s primary function is at all. I am assuming it is either someone’s personal site showcasing their own interests or if it is a blog about homes, living, etc. Anyhow, I like the header and I like the navigation. The dark background is another pleasing element too. The logo is also of interest. I like the “chalk art” style. Check it out…I think you’ll like several elements here as well.
